Evansville’s Trusted Roofing Contractors Since 2014
From emergency repairs to complete replacements, we protect Evansville homes with quality workmanship and honest service.
Whether you’re dealing with a leak that just appeared, planning a roof replacement you’ve been putting off, or wondering if storm damage is covered by insurance—we’re here to help.
We’ve been serving Evansville homeowners for almost 11 years. We know Tri-State weather, we understand Vanderburgh County building codes, and we stand behind our work. We started off doing small punch list items for realtors, and we’ve grown into what we are now—but that foundation taught us something important: trust matters more than anything.
Roof repairs are really our bread and butter. We do hundreds of repairs a year—probably five times more repairs than full replacements.
Our approach is different:
If it just needs to be repaired or some maintenance items, we’re very happy to do that for you to save you money. Our focus is on what’s in the best interest of the client.
When replacement is the right choice, we handle it from start to finish. But we’re never going to push a full roof replacement when you don’t need one.
Why we cost less:
We can bid out the exact same materials as our competitors and save thousands of dollars per job. We’re not focused on making as much money per job—our focus is to get the job and do a great job.
Insurance claims can be a headache. They usually get declined right away or homeowners don’t know how to navigate the process.
Important:
Just because they declined you at first doesn’t mean we can’t get it approved. We’ll lift shingles to find wind damage that drones miss. You stay involved in every conversation—nothing behind closed doors.
The maintenance is usually the number one thing that people don’t take care of that ends up causing them to have to have a new roof.
We’re not so focused on getting a complete roof replacement. Our job is to come in and make sure we’re providing the actual service that’s needed. A lot of times that’s just a roof repair. We do five-to-one roof repairs compared to replacements.
Most of our competitors only have a roofing contractor’s license. We have a general contractor’s license—that’s a higher-up license. If there’s structural issues like rafters, we’re licensed to handle them. We’re not a fly-by-night shop or storm chasers from out of town.
If somebody gets hurt on your property, they can only come after us. You’re protected. You’re not calling somebody that’s not local—we’re going to be the ones coming out. You’ll have an employee in an Upright shirt showing up to your house.
We get up on the roof when meeting clients. We show them the damage. We even put different color samples up there so you can see how it’ll look. We price in deck replacement—no hidden costs or surprise charges.
Our prices don’t change: We provide competitive pricing and stand behind our quote. If there are any measurement adjustments needed, we absorb those costs—you won’t see surprise charges.
When you call, we immediately put your information into our software to get aerial measurements and drone pictures—but we still come out and put our eyes on it.
We schedule a convenient time—often same day or next day. We usually try to get out there within 24 hours.
We’ll have the estimate back to you within 24 hours.
Roof repairs: usually same or next day. Roof replacements: we can usually get it done within 7 to 14 days.
We handle everything down to your decking and make sure your property is cleaned up thoroughly.
GAF is a top-of-the-line shingle. Their factory’s right down the street from us. Our clients have heard of GAF—a lot of them have actually worked there.
They give a warranty that is second to none. They cover workmanship on top of their materials. If we were to close our business, your warranty is still there.
TAMKO is an equally high-quality shingle. They’ve really changed their process up and as of this year, they’re giving a workmanship warranty also—very similar to GAF.
They’re going to offer two different levels: the 10-year and the 25-year workmanship warranty. And that goes with the material also.
TAMKO offers competitive pricing while maintaining top-tier quality, making them an excellent option alongside GAF. We’re proud to offer both manufacturers to give our clients the best choices.
We serve Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, and Gibson Counties, plus Bloomington, Henderson, Owensboro, and Madisonville.
There’s different codes that have to be met in Vanderburgh County that if you’re not in our area, you might not know. And every roofing job has to have a permit pulled. You have to have a locally owned company with people that actually work for you who are insured and bonded.
That’s exactly why we offer free inspections. We’ll get up on your roof, look at everything, and give you honest options. A lot of times it’s just a repair—and we’re happy to save you that money.
Yes. We answer the phone 24/7, or we’ll get back to you within an hour. We can usually get to you that same night to tarp your roof and prevent further damage.
Absolutely. We hold a general contractor’s license (which is a higher level than just a roofing contractor’s license), and we’re fully insured and bonded. You’re completely protected.
Yes, from start to finish if you want us to. We’ll meet the adjuster, document all damage, handle the estimate, and work with your insurance company. You stay involved in every conversation, but we take the stress off you. It’s a free service.
We can usually get the roof done within 7 to 14 days from when you approve the estimate.
No. Our prices don’t change. We stand behind our quote. We’re not going to come back and say we mismeasured it or charge you extra for decking—that’s already priced in.
Whether you need emergency repairs or you’re planning a roof replacement, we’re here to help.
